Our Essential oils are packaged in a 15ml bottle, contain a drop device (approximately 20 drops = 1ml) with a tamper evident cap and are labelled with the product and botanical name, batch number and expiry date.

Purchase of our Essential oils includes a How to Use Guide whilst our other products will list ingredients and directions for use.

PURCHASING AND PAYMENT

To purchase simply select from our product range and add to your shopping cart. When shopping is completed payment is accepted at our secure site by credit card, direct deposit, internet transfer or money order. You will receive an invoice with your order.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed and payment accepted it will be dispatched immediately and delivered by courier. Please allow 10 days to receive your order. If for any reason you do not receive your order, contact us immediately. We do not accept responsibility if delivery details are incorrect.

PACKAGING

We will ensure your order is packaged appropriately so we do not envisage breakages. In the event breakage occurs contact us immediately (keep all glass fragments/ packaging as proof).

REFUNDS

We refund only if the product is unopened and returned in the original condition. We suggest you choose carefully prior to purchase.
